ORDER AND PAYMENT
www.sanzi-beauty-global.com is open 24 hours a day, all 365 days of the year, and you can therefore shop within this period.

To shop at www.sanzi-beauty-global.com, you must be older than 15 years and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 15 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained the consent of your guardian or otherwise have the legal right to enter the card details into the purchase.

You select the item or items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up until the time of ordering, and you can continuously check the products and the price of the goods.

All prices at Sanzi Beauty include EU-VAT, but if you order outside of EU you maybe need to pay taxes in your own country - Sanzi Beauty has no responsibility for those taxes. 
The shipping price will appear at checkout, where you can choose which delivery method you want to use.

We accept the following payment cards:
Visa, Visa dankort, Visa electron, Mastercard and Mastercard debit.

The amount for your purchase will only be debited from your card when the item has been dispatched.

RECEPTION AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive an email with a receipt of your order. For here the we have a binding agreement.

DELIVERY

We deliver primarly with GLS, but can change depending on your country. When your item has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Items that are in stock are delivered within 5-10 working days, unless otherwise stated on the front page.

RETURN POLICY

As a customer on our website, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at support@sanzi-beauty.com and provide your order number along with your request for return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Sealed products must be returned in unopened packaging for hygiene reasons. The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during transport.

Return Costs and Deductions for Return Packages:

  • Within the EU: Customers within the EU must cover the return shipping costs themselves.
  • Outside the EU: Customers outside the EU are responsible for all costs associated with the return, including any customs fees and VAT.

If a package from abroad (outside Denmark) is returned to us due to non-collection, incorrect address, or similar reasons, both the original shipping costs and return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, minus any applicable shipping and return costs. The refund will be processed to the card or payment method used for the purchase within 14 days.

NEWSLETTERS AND SMS

If you sign up for our newsletter and SMS, you agree to receive Sanzi Beauty emails and SMS with inspiration, exclusive offers and personal recommendations. The messages are sent via third-party software that complies with GDPR data protection requirements. We use your purchase and browsing data to tailor the offers we send you.
You can unsubscribe at any time.

The messages you receive from us via e-mail and SMS are tailored to you according to your information(s), habits, browsing behavior, purchasing behavior and how engaged you are in the communications we have with you via email, SMS, direct mail or by phone.

To ensure that these emails do not end up in your spam folder, we monitor whether the messages sent to the individual recipient have been successfully delivered. We use a third-party software tool to track and analyze deliverability.

To stop receiving our newsletters, please click on the link at the bottom of each email. To stop receiving SMS, click on the link you will find at the bottom of the SMS you receive from Sanzi Beauty.

COMPLAINT

Your purchase of covered by the Sales Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. The right to complain applies within a reasonable period, which is considered to be within a period of time when the error should have become known. You must therefore contact us within a reasonable time.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

We may share your personal data with the 3rd parties who assist us in delivering our Service, e.g. if company capital must be approved via an external lawyer's client account.

Can also happen through a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time.

Finally, we may share your personal data if we are obliged to transfer or share your personal data with public and legal authorities.

DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We store your personal data as long as you have an active user profile with us and as long as it is necessary to fulfill legal requirements.

If you delete your user profile, we store your personal data for 5 years after your last purchase, calculated from the end of the financial year in question, to comply with the Bookkeeping Act.

SAFETY AND PROTECTION

We have established and maintain appropriate organizational and technical measures so that your personal information is not accidentally or illegally deleted, degraded or lost, nor does it come to the knowledge of unauthorized third parties or is otherwise misused or used inconsistently with personal data legislation

If we are exposed to a security breach where we estimate that there is a high risk that your personal information may be misused, we will notify you of the security breach without undue delay. We will also inform you of what we have done to reduce the risk of misuse of your information.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right at any time to be informed of which personal data we have collected and which we store and process about you, as well as to receive a copy of them.

You can at any time demand correction, object or have the processing of your personal data restricted.

If you are registered as a user and no longer want your personal data to remain in our database, you can have this removed by writing to support@sanzi-beauty.com and specifying the e-mail address you use as login/or for previous purchases. Please note, however, that we have the duty and the right to store certain personal data in order to comply with the rules in the Bookkeeping Act.
