RESULT GUARANTEE 
 These products include in our result guarentee:
- Eyelash Growth Serum
- Eyelash Renewing Serum

Please note when purchasing our eyelash serum, we offer a full result guarantee or your money back.

The conditions for this are that when you start using your eyelash serum, it is important that you follow our instruction guide, which is described in the package insert included in the box.

1) You must apply the eyelash serum once a day for 16 weeks.

2) Pictures must be taken from week 1, and then every 4 weeks up to and including week 16 (5 pictures in total). This is the only way we can ensure that the product is used continuously. Likewise, the pictures must be dated, for example in the form of pictures taken with a mobile phone, where the date appears.

3) If the smallest result has not been achieved by week 16, you contact us by email (support@sanzi-beauty.com) and submit the photos. And if there is no clear result, you will of course be refunded the full amount.

4) You must be able to show a receipt that the product was purchased through our website (www.sanzi-beauty.com).

The conditions for this are that when you start using your eyelash serum it is important that you follow our instruction guide, which is described under the product page.
