What does it mean that your products are free from perfume?

All products from Sanzi Beauty are free from perfume and essential oils. That means that no perfume has been added to our products to give them a particular scent.

However, most of our ingredients are naturally derived and may therefore have their own scent. You may notice a subtle scent that varies from product to product. What you can smell is simply the ingredients themselves. This natural scent is often masked when products contain perfume.

What does it mean that the products are vegan?

All Sanzi Beauty products are 100% vegan. We are certified by the internationally recognised organisation, Vegan Society. In accordance with EU legislation, none of our products are tested on animals.

When will i recieve my package?

We have our own warehouse in Denmark, where we pack orders on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. We will often ship your order on the same day it is placed.

How do i return a package?

If you wish to return your products, please contact us before sending them back. Always include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IN A PHYSICAL STORE?

You can purchase Sanzi Beauty products in a number of clinics in Denmark, as well as Salling, Magasin and selected Matas stores.
