Application

1. Make sure the skin is dry and free from oil.
2. Apply along the upper lash line as close to the lash roots as possible.
3. Draw in small strokes and connect them to create a smooth and defined line.
4. For a softer look, blend the line immediately before it sets.
5. Let the eyeliner dry completely to achieve maximum waterproof wear.
